School has started and so has the hectic morning routine! But you still want to give your kids a good breakfast that will stay keep them going until lunchtime. So thanks to Allrecipes and this recipe that we've modified you can give your kids a hot breakfast in minutes: an Omelet In A Mug! (yeah, you know we can't resist tasty treats in mugs!)
What You Need:
- 2 eggs
- splash of milk
- 2 tablespoons of cheese (but can you ever have too much cheese??)
- veggies, meat...whatever else you want to throw in!
- cooking spray

These look awesome! Should I scramble up the eggs before dumping them in the mug? Can't wait to try this!
ReplyDeleteEasiest breakfast ever! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteWe do this all the time for a quick breakfast! My 8-year-old daughter loves that she can do this by herself. :)
ReplyDeleteWe just made omelets this past weekend and it took sooo long. This is soooo much easier! Thanks for the great idea!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if you could use 3 egg whites instead of 2 eggs.
ReplyDeleteMisti you could but why not live dangerously and go for the whole egg lol.
ReplyDeleteI think I will try this for lunch at work one day! YUM!!
